Tina Grant

Tina Grant, NP

Nurse Practitioner
Lisa Potter - InnovAge Colorado PACE Denver Center Director

I love taking care of the senior population.  I love hearing the stories about their lives and the vast knowledge that they share.  They have been through so much as this point in their lives that I feel so rewarded when I can make a difference in their lives.

Tina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and her Master of Science in Nursing as a nurse educator at Walden University and nurse practitioner at CSU Pueblo. She is board certified as an Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Tina has worked as an RN for over 15 years, including over a decade in long term acute care with medically complex patients.

Tina has a son, two step-children, and two grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Bernie (along with any other dog she gets to meet!) “I’ve lived in Colorado since I was 10 months old. So, I am the closest thing to being a native without actually being one!”
