I am passionate about careful listening to get to know my participants on a deeper level.  By doing this, I can become part of a professional, interdisciplinary team that is able to tailor care to each participant’s individual goals.

Dr. Amanda Stephens earned her doctor of medicine degree at New York University and bachelor’s degree in pharmacology at Stony Brook University in New York. She is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and palliative care medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency and fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Boston University School of Medicine and completed her palliative care fellowship at University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora.

Outside of work, Stephens loves spending time with her husband and son. She enjoys hiking and travelling through the mountains and national parks around Colorado and Utah with her family. She is also enjoys cooking, weight lifting, and journaling in her spare time.
