For the second year, I am proud to say InnovAge has been certified as a Great Place to Work based on employee feedback in an anonymous survey. This accomplishment reflects our continued commitment to building a workplace culture that values respect, fairness, credibility, camaraderie, and pride.
In the last year, we have welcomed hundreds of new employees to the InnovAge family. We now proudly serve approximately 6,000 seniors with the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly
. While growth can be uncomfortable, it also opens doors to new opportunities. In the past few months, we’ve made many positive changes. In this year’s survey, our employees ranked us higher overall than last year. This tells me we’re on the right path.
Here are some of the areas in which employees ranked InnovAge particularly high:

- Their work has special meaning; it’s not “just a job”
- Having a sense of pride in what we accomplish
